This website is run by Pet Me Maybe. Throughout the site, the words "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pet Me Maybe. We offer this website and all tools to you, the user. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
SECTION 1 - THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS AND PRODUCTS
We do not make or store any products. We partner with independent suppliers around the world to ship pet items directly to you. Because of this:
  • We cannot guarantee that items look exactly like the online photos.
  • We cannot guarantee that items are always in stock.
  • We can change our product selection or stop selling any item at any time without warning.
SECTION 2 - PET SAFETY AND PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
Your pet's safety is your responsibility.
  • Supervision: You must supervise your pet while they use any toys, collars, clothing, or items bought from our store.
  • Injury or Misuse: Pet Me Maybe is not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage caused to animals or humans by the use or misuse of our products.
  • Product Safety: If a product seems broken or damaged upon arrival, do not give it to your pet. Contact us immediately.
SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All shipping times listed on our website are estimates. They are not promises.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for late deliveries. Delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services are out of our control.
  • Address Errors: You must give us a correct shipping address. We will not refund your money if the package goes to the wrong address because you typed it in incorrectly.
  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the mail carrier marks them as delivered.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF PRICES AND INFORMATION
We do our best to show accurate prices and information. However, mistakes happen.
  • If an item is listed at the wrong price, we have the right to cancel your order.
  • We can refuse or cancel any order at any time. If we cancel an order after you pay, we will give you a full refund.
SECTION 5 - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return rules are strict for hygiene and pet health reasons. By buying from us, you agree to these rules:
  • Time Limit: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to ask for a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, free of pet hair/odor, and in their original packaging. Used pet items cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: You must pay for the return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels.
  • Restocking Fee: We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on returned items.
SECTION 6 - LIMIT ON LEGAL LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that our service will never have errors. In no case will Pet Me Maybe, our owners, or our employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind. This includes lost profits or pet medical bills caused by using our website or buying our products. Our maximum financial liability to you will never be more than the amount you paid us for your order.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising from these terms must be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
SECTION 8 - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We can change these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the changes on this page. It is your job to check this page for changes before you buy.
